Seasonal Macaron Flavors

Rose
A Valentine’s Day is not complete without a dozen rose macarons.  We gently fold pure rose water into our homemade butter cream.  The lightly flecked pink meringue has a hint of cardamom to create this wonderfully floral macaron. (February)

Chocolate Mint
Paying homage to Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Lowe, we created our version of the thin mint.  This vibrant green meringue is filled with our homemade, dark chocolate ganache with a punch of pure mint.  The combo will have you feeling like you’re enjoying the classic. (March)

Peach
Nothings sweeter that a Georgia peach! During the summer months we make a homemade peach jam from locally picked peaches.  Sandwiched between a peachy colored meringue, come taste what put Georgia on the map. (Summer)

S’mores
Our version of this campfire treat starts with a gluten free graham cracker meringue.  Sandwiched between you will find our homemade bourbon vanilla marshmallow that we fire off to get that toasted flavor.  We dip the top with dark chocolate and sprinkle it with graham cracker crumbs.  Enjoy this gooey treat that will definitely leave you want “s'more.” (Fall)

Pumpkin Spice
A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove brings forth this harvest time staple.  Our homemade pumpkin and white chocolate ganache is sandwiched between two spiced meringues.  It’s easy to “fall” in love with this flavor. (Fall)

Gingerbread
Sugar, spice and everything nice, that’s what these macarons are made of.  Our spiced meringues are filled with a sophisticated blend of fresh ginger and spices sure to make this macaron a holiday delight. (December)

Candy Cane
Tis the season to be jolly about these beautiful candy cane macarons.  The peppermint, white chocolate ganache contrasts nicely against the bright red meringues, which are dipped in white chocolate and rolled in crushed candy cane.  You better believe this will be on the top of your wish list. (December)
